Burnett Heads, Queensland

An integrated marina and resort project, set to transform the coastal town of Burnett Heads.  The DA approved Gateway development is a high quality, mixed-use marina village located on the south western shore of the Burnett Heads Boat Harbour. Plans include a 318-berth state of the art marina linked to a marina village offering water’s edge short stay accommodation, boutique retail stores and restaurants.  The  residential precinct is set to deliver low-rise apartments, waterfront villas and a hotel resort and convention centre with eco-villas linked via a public waterfront boardwalk. 

Bondi Junction, NSW

AwareHub is Mr Harvey’s latest creation, joining with partner Dr Lisa Myers to deliver mental health services differently from within bespoke clinics. The clinic opened its doors in 2022 offering psychiatry, psychology, neuro and clinical psychology, counselling, occupational therapy, dietetics, qEEG, TMS and Ketamine. The recently expanded clinic is purpose-built to create an environment designed to enhance and support its clients’ mental health and wellbeing. To achieve the vision, Beaugroup worked closely with Australia’s finest designers and building teams. The carefully curated design elements, structures, furnishings and finishes focus on producing a space that feels safe, calm and comfortable, whilst upholding the aesthetic, professionalism and cleanliness of a medical practice. In June 2024, AwareHub's first dedicated Neuro Health Hub opened, expanding its TMS and Neuro psych services. In December 2024, Mr Harvey and Dr Lisa Myers took their brand to Bundaberg, Queensland, establishing a new AwareHub TMS clinic. The Beaugroup team oversee all the ongoing marketing and growth initiatives.

Isle of Capri, Gold Coast

The Capri on Via Roma shopping centre development completed by Mr Harvey and his family opened in December 2013. This experiential based $70M shopping centre on the Gold Coast comprised of 56 tenancies over 6,684m2 including home to one of Harris Farm’s most delux flagship shopping outlets. The development won numerous design and retailing awards, and set a new benchmark in boutique retailing achieving a steady 100% occupancy with a waitlist of tenants. Until sold in 2022 to The Mulpha Group, the asset was managed by the BeauGroup team, attracting over 1 million visitors p.a.

Gladstone, Qld.

Mr Harvey has or continues to hold other strategic commercial property assets between Brisbane and Gladstone which he has either developed or which have future development potential. Gladstone Palm Fair shopping centre is home to ANZ, Australian Hearing, Robins Kitchen, Fresh Fix Cafe and numerous other specialty retailers.  His Auto Centre development in Brisbane has completed stage 1, with a new Caltex service station , Karcher car wash and Andonis cafe now open.  Also coming soon, a 400m2 Tyre and Auto Centre in stage 2. 

Christchurch, New Zealand

In 2007 Mr Harvey spearheaded the consenting for a NZ$500 million, 3,400 bed alpine village and ski area expansion and oversaw approximately NZ$10 million of upgrades to the existing ski area. The venture successfully undertook one of New Zealand’s first land exchanges with the NZ Government resulting in receiving freehold title and development approvals on a 21 ha village site and approximately 200 ha of ski area expansion terrain. 

Bronte Beach, NSW

The Bronte Beach, NSW project consisted of 4 adjoining properties acquired over a 4 year period and a collaboration with renowned architect Walter Barda to orchestrate a clever series of subdivisions and amalgamations and achieving development approval for 3 luxury dwellings which were completed in 2012. Given the rare opportunity to present to authorities an integrated design solution over 4 adjoining sites and a scheme sympathetic to its topography aided the request for planning relaxations unlikely achievable with an application for a single dwelling. Having the one architect was critical to ensuring a consolidated approach to view sharing, privacy and solar access. The outcome was the ability to provide breathtaking ocean, beach and district vistas from every level of each house whilst maintaining privacy and capturing year round sun. The Wave House which sold in 2013 broke an area record for an arm’s length property transaction, whilst the HillTown House won a Master Builders award.
