Bespoke Property Development and Boutique Asset Management
BeauGroup is the property development and management entity of Simon Harvey. Mr Harvey commenced property development in 1998, initially building high end houses around the northern beaches of Sydney. He started acquiring commercial development sites in 2003 in Queensland with a focus on developing and holding yielding assets. Today, Mr Harvey concentrates predominantly on developing retail and commercial property and larger tourism infrastructure projects across Australia.

Set to transform the coastal town of Burnett Heads. The proposed new Gateway development is a high quality, mixed-use marina village located on the south western shore of the Burnett Heads Boat Harbour. Master planned to include a 318-berth state of the art marina linked to a marina village with water’s edge short stay accommodation, boutique retail stores and restaurants. The adjacent residential precinct is designed to offer low-rise apartments, waterfront villas and a hotel resort and convention centre with eco-villas.

The Capri on Via Roma development on the Gold Coast set a new benchmark in boutique retailing. Multi award-winning in concept and design, this visionary development set a new standard in experiential shopping and dining. The asset was managed by the BeauGroup team for 9 years and attracted over 1 million visitors p.a. with a steady 100% occupancy and waitlist of tenancy applicants. The valuable asset was ultimately acquired by the Mulpha Group mid-2022.

Over the last 25 years Simon has owned and operated a number of businesses including car washes, restaurants, marinas, medical clinics and a ski field and owned, managed and/or developed numerous property ventures in Australia and overseas. Today, Simon concentrates predominantly on developing retail and commercial property and larger tourism infrastructure projects across Australia. He is the Managing Director of Beaugroup with a team of specialists who are involved in all facets, whether running a business, leasing and managing a retail centre or developing multi-staged property developments.
